| NEWT POND QUESTIONS |

| Apparently the CIC have decided there is going to be a newt pond/newt ponds on the SFF site.... |

1. The ground survey - this will decide if suitable for newt ponds. |
2. Who is paying for this survey - the Parish Council or the CIC? |
3. Have the homeowners in the area near the newt ponds been informed of the CIC plans? |
4. Has the possible long term impact been investigated on how this could affect the residences near the newt ponds? |
| 5. Any improvements to their homes will need planning permission and even selling of their homes could prove difficult with newt ponds nearby.......... |

| All these questions need to be answered......... |

| The whole SFF site is supposed to be generating a business income which should be ploughed back to the Parish Council to pay for the grass cutting and Clerk's wages etc........It is not supposed to be a a 'Pet Nature Reserve Project' or some sort of 'Theme Park' for the indulgence of the few....!! |
